What is a Leisure Choice Gift Card?
A Leisure Choice Gift Card is a multi-choice gift card offering access to over 160 best loved brands. The gift card can be loaded with any denomination between $5-$1000 and available as an e-gift card.
It can be redeemed at leisurechoice.com, simply select the gift card you would like to swap to, and use your Leisure Choice Gift Card as payment for your chosen brand.
Your chosen brand vouchers will be immediately emailed to you, to spend directly with your chosen retailer.
How do I actually spend my gift card or e-gift card?
Your gift card can be used to swap to your chosen brand at Leisurechoice.com.
Simply select the gift card you would like to swap to, and use your Leisure Choice Gift Card as payment. Your chosen Gift Card will be immediately emailed to you to spend at your chosen retailer.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
We’re so sorry, we can’t help with any loss, theft, damage, non-use or unauthorised use of the gift card, so please look after your gift card as you would with hard cash or your credit card.
Can I use my Leisure Choice outside the US?
No, all our redemption partners are US based. The Leisure Choice Gift Card can only be spent in the US.
How much money can I put on my e-gift card?
You can load any denomination between $5 – $1000
Can I send a gift card to someone else?
Leisure Choice Gift Card can be sent directly to the recipient of your choice. However when the lucky recipient is swapping to the brand of their choice, this can only be emailed to the person swapping the gift card.
How do I activate my gift card?
There is no need to activate your card, just visit leisurechoice.com to swap your gift card to your chosen brand.
What if I redeem my gift card against a specific brand, but I then change my mind. Can I revert back?
Sadly not… Once you’ve made your selection there is no going back, so make sure you choose wisely. With so many amazing brands, it will be difficult to make the wrong choice.

Where can I spend my e-gift card?

Just remember, you must redeem your gift card at leisurechoice.com to swap to your chosen brand before spending. You can’t use your Leisure Choice Gift card directly with your chosen brand.
Can I split my Leisure Choice Gift Card balance across different brands?
You sure can! We have so many different brands to choose from, so why not enjoy a few.
When it comes to redeeming the balance against your chosen brand, you can choose how much you want to convert for that specific branded gift card. Any remaining balance left on your Leisure Choice Gift Card will then still be available for you to redeem against other brands during the cards’ validity period. You just need to do this in separate transactions.
What happens if a brand I wanted to redeem against is no longer available?
Unfortunately brands are subject to change, however we will always maintain a great selection of brands ensuring there is always something for everyone to enjoy!
How do I know how much money is on my e-gift card?
You can use the balance checker to see exactly how much money is on your gift card.
How will I receive my Leisure Choice gift card?
Orders can be sent as e-gift cards.

I've swapped my Leisure Choice Gift Card but haven't received my chosen gift card
Although we aim to issue your chosen gift card immediately, sometimes they can take up to 30 minutes. Please ensure you have checked your junk and spam folders, but if you haven’t received it please contact our customer service team at info@leisurechoice.com who will be able to look into this for you.
